Blockmarket Desktop 1.0

Initial release of Blockmarket Desktop. This will replace the Syscoin-QT wallet which is still supported so users can use advanced features for sending money such as coincontrol. Future enhancements will all be done on Blockmarket and Syscoin-QT will serve as a legacy wallet implementation.

Pre-release

This is a special release required by the security audit team for further introspection into application activities. Introduces some special configuration options which we would never include in production release.

This release also includes major changes to how encryption is managed, moving it from the server side to the client side.
