How is the tool built?

Data is processed in R and developed as a web application using the Shiny framework
Frontend design is facilitated by Shiny using Bootstrap
Database TBD

What libraries does it implement?

Filtering is done using selectize.js
Geospatial data is presented in a web map using Leaflet
Data points are simultaneously presented in tabular format using DataTables
Graph visualization TBD
