First public release.

Can install successfully on a number of different test machines.

Still needs a lot more documentation.

Usage:

• Must have a system with EFI boot
• Write the boot.iso to a CDROM or write the boot.img to a USB stick

1. Boot off the install disk
   • VGA shows a htop status page
   • VGA console also has a login on virtual terminal 2
   • Serial console allows login as root/root
2. Start the installer
   • Exit out of the status page to start the installer
   • Alternatively, once logged in, run /zfs.installer
3. Wait!
