Woz has mentioned in the past that the SM dev team (assuming it's not just Woz by himself...) use a tasklist with value/time priority sorting to sort out what features to work on. I think it could be useful for SMA too. Recently I've been using Notion a lot and I have a tasklist system that mimics 80% of what SM's tasklists do, could add issues there and then sort them (though I'm sure there are other options too). In trying to contribute, I think it would be useful to see what the highest priority issues I can contribute to. I'm not sure how much it would help Alexis/other devs but it might be a more rational way of seeing where to put time.

For user-related issues priority, there is an ongoing discussion: #2
For dev-related issues priority, we are using ZenHub. There is no priority system per-se (and I couldn't find a decent tool that offered this functionality), but we are using Milestones and pipelines in order to mimic priority.
A better priority system would be welcome, but there's no easy solution to this problem AFAIK.
