Triggered like a blockquote but the first line has something such as [!warning] to define the type of callout

Extra mechanics:

Can additionally be set to be foldable using + or - (+ starts with it expanded, - doesnt)
Can be nested
Looks should be able to be edited by frontends to add styling (add ids to elements)
Should be able to be made with no content if someone wants

Renders as a div instead of a blockquote
Should work with any case of word
