My matches page

• On a team page members can select 'This is my team'. This decision is recorded in their member account.
• Members can change their mind, ie 'This is not my team'
• 'My matches' appears in the account menu in the header when signed in
• 'My matches' requires a login
• 'My matches' displays a message explaining the matches are from where a member selects 'This is my team'
• 'My matches' displays a paged list of matches for all of the member's teams, with the next match highlighted.

The choice of teams cannot be based on the player identity selected in #615 because a member can link a player identity they once played a game for years ago where they don't really care about the team's current matches.
