Overview

This catalog is created to provide an interoperable integration between St. Jude data resources. It advocates our internal teams at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to explore Hartwell's Shared Resource Management (SRM) requests which will (1) mitigate duplicate patient tumor sample sequencing requests (2) provide omics data availability and (3) encourage avenues for internally data sharing.
