Overview

This catalog is created to provide an interoperable integration between St. Jude data resources. It advocates our internal teams at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to explore Hartwell's Shared Resource Management (SRM) requests which will (1) provide transparency on omics data availability (2) prevent duplicate patient tumor sample sequencing requests and (3) encourage avenues for internally data sharing.
