OCI build 失敗導致無法處理emoji #41

背景：因為無法修改表情的emoji，追蹤到會使用msb_emoji.py作文字處理。在嘗試手動運行後發現emoji python庫沒下載。重看github action發現根本從下載依賴開始就出問題了

復現:

使用bash運行container
運行msb_emoji.py
運行pip install emoji

解決方法，pacman -S 同時安裝expat，openssl也需要安裝，因為原句子運行後openssl庫會丟失
