• blixvalidatewheel now validates data_files in both directions as well, so if the wheel file does not have data_files as specified in the project, validation fails, and vice versa
• Add a --no-lock option to all commands to disable using poetry.lock in the build/validations. This allows users who only want to make use of data_files to do so
