I am a full stack software engineer. I love teaching and producing educational materials for fellow engineers - especially beginner and intermediate level.

The first tutorial that I open-sourced on Github was the React tutorial. I created this tutorial to help beginners understand the basic fundamentals of React in a simple language. It has several exercises (accompanied with solutions) to bolster the understanding of the fundamentals. This tutorial has been used by tens of thousands of engineers so far.

I would like to revamp this tutorial as there has been some major new features released in React (hooks etc) since the tutorial was first created. Also currently the scope of the tutorial is narrow. I would like to extend the scope to cover advanced topics, best practices, how to use React with other libraries like react-router, redux, axios etc, how to test React components etc. It takes a lot of effort to keep up with the pace of change!

Apart from this React tutorial, I have been thinking about creating tutorial material on several other topics in Javascript in general. So this sponsorship would help me create quality learning material that in turn would help thousands of fellow software engineers.
