Includes Spine Case Studies B3 (transport sector), B4 (biomass) and B5 (industrial energy use).
The workflow contains scripts to convert a Backbone database into SpineOpt format and then SpineOpt can be used to run the case studies. Please note, that the databases are empty and need to be populated by running the scripts.
