Describe the Change
This PR upgrades the Vale GitHub Action version to v2.1.1.
The old version was not working properly (
@reviewdog), as it only wrote PR comments on PRs that added new files and failed to comment on PRs that modified existing files.Additionally, the Vale action example usage in the README was updated to not use the branch/version
@reviewdogin October 2024.PR #5829 in Librarium successfully tested the new version.
