Delete all media for model_type

Hi,

I accidentally rolled back a table (in development thankfully!) and now I have a lot of hanging files.
If I try to reimport the IDs change and all content has the wrong image.

Is there a way to clear all media for a model type?
I'm aware I can just delete from the media table where the model_type is x but it will leave all the files in my Cloudflare R2 storage. Is there a way to do this cleanly?

Ive tried:

$review = new Review();
$review->media->each->delete();

and

$review = new Review();
$review->clearMediaCollection();

but no luck yet!
