In https://github.com/softwaresaved/international-survey/blob/master/analysis/results_us_2017_narrative.ipynb in cell 182, percentages are calculated based on total count rather than based on respondents. So for example, 121 of 164 respondents say they use Python, but this is calculated as being 18% of responses rather than 74% of respondents.
