I wanted to tell you that there is a Collaboration and Report category on the Rawsec Cybersecurity Inventory (I'm the maintainer). Most of the platforms in this category are Collaborative penetration test and reporting platforms. You can filter the description with pen (to match both pentest and penetration testing) to see other similar tools.

2. I wanted to tell you Bulwark is certainly the most qualitative project among the free and open-source ones. It seems actively and well maintained as well as having a good project quality life cycle (CI/CD, unit tests, code linting, policies, release, git commits, etc.). Most of others are abandoned/unmaintained and have a low quality. So congratz.
