- Lock mutually exclusive run type word bits: with the pool of SR and also the SR editor coming up, it is possible to lock them as requested in user shouldn't be able to change run type bits for standard run #382
- Prevent users to create new SR types
- Increase panel width so that Run Type Word bit labels show up completely
