Smelly River Tank Inspector - How to Install this???

What do I put in here? I tried Adding my c;games;"World of Tanks EU" and then it says building game cach for first time and crashes, Sure it's on 1.91 now but I thought it would load up the older tank models? Any idea's. I really want to check out tank stats with various crew skills/equipment + directives set ups. Doesn't matter which tank, any medium / heavy will do. What do I need to do to get this working?

I would even be tempted to start a crowd fundraiser on kickstarter/fundraiser or something if need be....

oh and after I tried "C; games; world of tanks eu" in it no longer even lets me pick a folder of the game client. How do I reset it and pick a new folder ??

Sorry guys , I am not a coder, just looking/hoping to get some working version of Tank Inspector, Even if it's just for a month, So I can check out what I need to check out.

We need people who can code to revive Tank Inspector, It would bring many of us great joy to see it roar back into the stage. Maybe open donations again to a team that can be set up.

This is what I was thinking,,, This mod is awesome. I like tanks.gg don't get me wrong for armour viewing, but nothing compares to tank inspector for the crew skills / equipment setups and how the dispersion / accuracy etc is effected, turret rotation bloom etc this was awesome back in the day.

Tanks.gg works for what it is, but it is clunky compared to Tank Inspector.
