On IiifSearch.php line 185 :
https://github.com/symac/Omeka-S-module-IiifSearch/blob/master/src/View/Helper/IiifSearch.php#L185

The omeka-s part of the string is fixed. If Omeka is installed in another subdirectory, there is an error. Should reuse the mechanism used in IiifServer to be compatible.
