New amplify supports adding institutions via the admin section.

• These institutions will be listed in the filters.
• All the collections are now assigned to institutions
• Institutions will have their own landing page E.g https://amplify-stage.sl.nsw.gov.au/waggawagga
• You can add a home page image to an institution via the institution landing page
