Fixed error libstdc++-6.dll was not found. when the app tried to open the background service.

Release v1.1 - Hotkeys

• Added a background service: tgs-tray.exe. It consumes around 1MB of memory and should't impact system performance. While the service is running, press Windows + - to open the application
• You can now change sticker packs using the PageUp, PageDown, Home, and End buttons

Main changes:

• Added searchbar
• Added the settings window
• Added emojis in the preview
• Added PackMenu, with ability to reorder and remove packs
• Now loads downscaled images
• Now only loads image files
• Fixed many other errors

Installing is the same as before, just unzip and run
If you encounter issues with the stickers not loading in (if you used v0.1), delete config.json (Documents/TGStickers/config.json). I'll try to make the config files backward compatible in the future.

This is the first release
At this point, I feel like the app works well enough so other people could find it useful.

To install, just extract the zip file, and launch tgstickers.exe. If you move the files, make sure to move all of them.
