Default options

It's nice that the plugin can be customized to fit each specific task. But there are times when you need global settings: the same validation fields, email recipients, reset the form, Sanitize, Skip Base, Date format on emails.

It would be good to set up the default settings.

p.s.
I have such a need when the site has several forms, and the recipient changes. I intended to do this by passing on variable themes, but so far I have little experience for that.
