I think we're intentionally keeping an old compat level to make backporting easier. Let me double-check tomorrow. |

If you have a particular release you're targeting (e.g. oldoldstable), I can configure it so it doesn't upgrade beyond that. |

Fix some issues reported by lintian
Trim trailing whitespace. (trailing-whitespace)
Bump debhelper from deprecated 9 to 13. (package-uses-deprecated-debhelper-compat-version)
