Help! Temp folder ran out of space during upload

As the title says, my upload has had to stop because I've run out of space on the disk it was sending temp files to. Am I okay to delete the temp files so it can continue? Or do I have to start again and redirect where the temp files go (i.e. to a disk with more space)? I've pasted the error below:

You can set the environment variable IMMICHGO_TEMPDIR to force immich-go to store its temporary files somewhere else.
