PetCam is a tool utilising openCV to track frames in a video to detect motion.
Setup so it can be used on either a raspberry pi (few tweaks left to have fully running)
or run using a standard webcam. See configuration in conf.json to setup as necessary.
to run enter python motion.py --conf conf.json in terminal
