No Build Script included

Seemingly this Repository does not contain the necessary build script, as npm run doesn't show any script with name build so npm run build can't work as described in the README.md.

This works for standard ephemeris but almost if not all dependencies are shown as deprecated.

Please update the build script for us all to give us the ability to test this tool locally.
