Bug Description

Hello Jira Assistant Support Team,

I am experiencing issues with the Pivot Report feature in Jira Assistant.

The button next to "Pull issues for select sprints and apply JQL filter" does not work when I try to use it. Nothing happens upon clicking it. (See first screenshot)

Image

When I manually enter a JQL query, I verified that it works in Jira's search bar and returns results. However, when I apply it in the Pivot Report, I get multiple errors in the console. (See second screenshot)

Image

The console errors include messages such as:

Unchecked runtime.lastError: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist.
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toLowerCase')
It seems like there is an issue with how the JQL query is processed within the plugin. Could you please check this and provide any fixes or workarounds?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
Olena

Hi @Olena141517, thank you for your detailed inquiry regarding the issues you're experiencing with the Pivot Report feature. Your description suggests that this may relate to JQL processing errors within the plugin and an unresponsive UI button. Based on similar issues we've seen in the past, particularly Ticket #249 regarding JQL queries not being respected, it seems you are encountering a functional issue which our team will need to investigate further. Please provide any additional details or console logs to help expedite this process. Thank you for your patience!
