Refactoring the whole protfolio

- Redesigned the navbar on the mobile views
- Removed the framer-motion package and its components, only used Emotion package for the mount and unmount of the containers
- Redesigned the project image overlay style
- Removed controlling the navigation through states
- Handling the navigation through a predefined paths for each page
- Removed unnecessary values from the theme context and restructured this context with simple structure
- Changed the theme colors with new ones! (New portfolio look!)
