Feature request: call OutputDebugString() on Windows.

OutputDebugString() is a Windows API call that sends text to a special debug pipe, which you can read in real-time with an app like DebugView++.

Use case: GUI mode apps on Windows in which case normal stdout is closed.

It should be easy to implement. It's just one function and you call it with a string.
