How would you clear failed downloads?

I've cleared out all my saved posts on reddit yet RMD is still trying to download previously saved posts that failed, how would I go about clearing out the failed posts?

Can I delete the manifest.sqlite file or will it break the deduplication function incase I save one of the same posts?

Edit: Pretty sure it's from archived upvoted posts since I can't un-upvote them. Still wondering how I can clear failed posts.

Edit2: Got around this by setting up a "Submissions and Comments a Redditor has Upvoted or Saved" source and only enabling scan saved.

Edit3: Nevermind, it was using the wrong sqlite database when I was testing the other source. Source does work & only downloads saved posts now but previously failed downloads still show.
