This will allow to implement the background size option.

Don't need any background sizes for overlay/window/text if there is no way to choose a background image

I would like user selectable
It could be something they upload and have converted to 64 for direct embed in css file
"Base64 is most commonly used to encode binary data (for example, images, or sound files) for embedding into HTML, CSS, EML, and other text documents."
Though I suppose svg would be very cool too if possible? That would be a scalable solution
