RC 0.2.0

RC 0.2.0 is the first release candidate of RIMAGES.

The core development is at a stable state now and the plugin is ready to be tested publicly.

Manual tests have been conducted but I haven't worked my way into test suites for PHP, and Joomla! in particular, yet.
Should you encounter any issues, please let me know.
