There are protocols, mostly in tomo like those in the deepfinder workflow that create the output during the steps execution but the are not finished with the output. (E.g.: deepfinder segmentation). If you schedule after it the DF cluster y launches as soon as there is any output....But cluster protocol does not work in streaming and should not be launched regardless there is output. It should wait for the segmentation to finish.

I think this protocol is defined as streaming, no?
