Aretomo is not working in streaming

When you launch the motioncorr - align tilt series protocol, you can see that the protocol is reading the new input; however, it is not launching the processing steps. Even when motioncorr protocol finishes, it does not launch any more steps, and you have to restart the protocol to process the tilt series.

motioncor align TS was never designed for streaming. You want to use SPA motioncorr followed by compose TS

I see that the motioncorr - align tilt series protocol has the streamified protocols tag. Maybe it does semi-streaming only with the output, as I see how it creates open sets and adds elements to the SetOfTiltSeries. Anyway, this is something we want to implement in the short to medium term. Thanks Grigory!
