Hello

I found that reconstructing even/odd fails although it runs the alignment but doesn't reconstruct these even/odd tomograms and fails to complete the protocol.

I also noticed that when the tilt series has an alignment, we cannot re-do the alignment in AreTomo. We get a warning https://github.com/scipion-em/scipion-em-aretomo/blob/master/aretomo/protocols/protocol_aretomo.py#L777

I found myself running Aretomo, excluding the dark images and some images manually that had bad alignment in the first aretomo run, then wanting to run aretomo again on the clean stacks.

Cheers
Mohamad
