Make visualisation scripts scalable

Rn the plotting scripts are using hard coded values to organize/rename and plot the results.
--> If we add a new solver, it will not be displayed in the plots unless we modify the scripts.

TODO: Modify the scripts to make them as generic as possible.

PS: In PR #137, there's a registry with the aliases for each solvers ...
