This guide is written for two types of users: User1 is a lab member who wants to run analysis scripts and use computational resources at a top level. User2 is a lab member who wants to go deeper and develop scripts or make changes to computational resources. If nothing about the user type is mentioned explicitly in the guide, User1 is intended.
