Delete plugins/extrafabulous, because … (#81)

… "Extra Fabulous Comics" is on hiatus and this plug-in has some issues: - Plug-in name shall be `extrafabulouscomics` (instead of `extrafabulous`) - Shall switch to HTTPS (instead of HTTP) - `[^]*?` sequence in RegEx does look odd
