Traffic Sign Recognition

1.  Libraries need to be installed:
	-> cv2
	-> numpy
	-> copy
	-> os
	-> skimage
	-> sklearn
	-> scipy

2.  The "Directory" has to have the location of the input and training datafiles

3.  There is a Result folder uploaded in the folder. It has 1 image of all the signs neeeded to be detected. It is used to display the predicted sign image next to the detected traffic sign in the video sequence.
