rustdesk-server-windows-1.1.13 can't create port on windows server 2008r2 #509

Describe the bug
The version 1.1.12 work fine on windows server 2008r2.When upgrade to 1.1.13,hbbr and hbbs did not create any port connecting or listening to client. Clients show server is down.

Describe the environment

  • windows 2008 r2
  • rustdesk-server-windows-1.1.13 free version

How to Reproduce the bug
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. stop the 1.1.12 service
  2. copy and replace 1.1.12 files with 1.1.13 files and restart service
  3. I get this error

Expected behavior
port 21115,21116,21117,21118,21119 are created

Could you stop the old one and run the following program, then show the log?

Confirm that. Currently, I lower the version to 1.1.12. The problem is here e251161 , please follow the link to the Rust repo, there is a solution: you need to set properly target for the x86_64-win7-windows-msvc and i686-win7-windows-msvc (it's described in the conversation)
