Added Resume Coach Pack

Description

This pack is inspired by Resume Screener Pack but diverges by having the main purpose of coaching the job candidate on how to improve their skills in order to better meet the job description.

The implementation is a bit more flexible so that different readers can be used and queries can be rewritten so that the purpose of the pack can be extended while always keeping the job description, job criteria and job keywords in the query.
