Feature request: Filter proxies to scrap (e.g. by anonymity)

This way we could choose only to connect to 'elite proxy', or 'last checked' < 15 minutes etc.

I think that is a good idea for the anonymous/elite... I've found the "last checked" column to be a bit inaccurate (I used to try the newest proxies first). I've even noticed some of the older listed proxies to work faster than some of the "just checked ones". And then some of the "just checked" ones still take way to long to connect and end up getting skipped.

In the next update I will definitely add a choice between using elite or anonymous though.
