a requirements.txt file would make it easy for people to use this repo's contents.

The contents (at least for Windows, probably good for Linux as well):

PySide6==6.5
psutil==5.9.4
pyinstaller==5.9.0
pyvisa==1.13.0
pyvisa-py==0.6.3
