Changes compared to v0.2:

• Add computation of dense model from colmap.
• Add undistortion and use undistorted images for space carving.
• Camera parameters can be put in scan metadata.
• Space carving now takes 4 camera parameters instead of 3 (fx, fy, cx, cy).
• Some fixes in the computation of angles.
• Internodes are computed by the segmentation algorithm.
