Add a rollyourown project to deploy a Jitsi videoconferencing server with an administration front-end.

Purpose of the project or module

This project would deploy a Jitsi server to provide a private videoconferencing solution. The project should also deploy an administration front-end for Jitsi to enable user and conference manegement.

Additional information

A graphical admin front-end is essential to avoid the need for configuring user accounts via command line and to provide more comfortable functions for managing conferences.
