Discord bot for colab

This bot is using discord.py==1.7.3

can give and remove roles with reaction

storage data in json file and use command to trigger

use command to hot fix

modular design easy to import new function

with a simple pokemongame

link to sqlite3 to make a easy database to storage user data and record

so it is easy to show the top 10 record
