DCMA Takedown

Hey,

I noticed I had a link to this repo in my inbox while going trough unread mails.

I'm the original author of this tool - feel free to do what you want with it, sharing is great :) just wanted to let you know that I got threatened with an DCMA takedown from egghead.io unless I'd remove the repo (one can't unpublish npm packages that easily tho) so I the repo made it private.

Just in case you didn't know.

Thanks Simon for the info. I have asked for permission to egghead official account on twitter, but they have not responded yet.
