Dear @rohan-shah,

I was not successful to compile mpMap2 in Linux following your instructions from README.md because of many dependencies not being available for the package. I also noticed that you have not done any commit since 2020. Since your tool is the only software specialized in multiparental populations for recombination studies, I am very interested in using it. Is there any way to use your tool as of 2025? I will be very thankful for any help.
