Failing to setup postsrsd on Debian 11

Hello,
I would like to ask you for help with the postsrsd installation on Debian 11.

I tried the manual installation described in the readme, but I probably miss some steps, as I was not able to start the postsrsd service at all.

Then I tried to install it using apt (version 1.10-2) and here it fails as well during the startup with the following error:

Any ideas, please?
