MIT pages related to SExp are not available anymore, we shall check/remove invalid references from the README
Some files are available elsewhere (https://github.com/jpmalkiewicz/rivest-sexp et al)
There is updated RFC https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-rivest-sexp/

Since this library unexpectedly started its own life we should probably include SEXP Guide as a man page

Yes, it is the document that was available at MIT site.

@maxirmx Also it would be good to reuse AdocMan.cmake from the rnp repository to make man page more readable/easily editable.
